This Custom Elite Package is built for serious event branding. You get seven printed pieces that turn any tent into a complete marketing booth. No extra vendors. No missing parts. Everything matches your artwork from roof to table.

What is included in the Custom Elite Package:

1 x Full Roof Print – your design printed across the entire top surface.
1 x Single Side Print Full Wall – one solid wall from ground to eaves.
3 x Single Side Print Half Walls – shorter wall panels for three remaining sides or interior dividers.
2 x Single Side Print Small Flag – pole mounted flags that wave above or beside the tent.
1 x Printed Pull-up Banner – retractable stand alone display for entrances or counters.
1 x Small Stretch Table Cover – fitted fabric cover for a standard folding table.

Fabric Choice – Oxford Cloth for Tent and Wall Parts

The tent roof, full wall, and half walls use Oxford cloth. You pick the density based on how often you use the tent.

300d – light use, indoor events, easy carry weight.
420d – best for most outdoor weekend events. Strong and not too heavy.
800d – heavy use. Windy locations. Monthly trade shows.
1080d – industrial strength. Long term installation. Maximum tear resistance.

Flags, banner, and table cover use compatible print fabrics matched to your Oxford cloth color so everything looks consistent.

Tent Size

All tent fabric pieces are cut for the same frame size. Choose one from this list.

8x8 – small vendor booths, narrow walkways.
10x10 – standard pop up size. Fits most event rules.
10x15 – longer footprint for product rows.
10x20 – double booth. Good for demos and seating.
13x13 – square format with higher top clearance.
13x20 – large activation space.
13x26 – biggest option. Full hospitality or display area.

Print Customization for Each Piece

Full Roof Print – dye sublimation. Full bleed. No white edges. Your logo or pattern visible from all four sides.

Single Side Full Wall – printed on one side only. Back side is white or black Oxford. Use it as main backdrop for photos or speakers.

Three Half Walls – each printed separately or same design. Half walls leave upper part open for visibility. You can put different messages on each side for different booth angles.

Two Small Flags – double sided print. Pole pockets top and bottom. Flag size approximately 24x72 inches depending on tent height. Wind slits available.

Pull up Banner – graphic printed on blockout fabric. No show through. Standard size 33x80 inches or custom height. Includes aluminum stand and carry tube.

Small Stretch Table Cover – fits 6 foot or 4 foot table. Spandex type material with full print all sides. No wrinkles. Easy to wash.

Artwork Requirements

Send one master design or separate files for each piece. Minimum 150 dpi at final size. Vector files preferred but high res JPG or PNG accepted. Proof sent within two business days.

Additional Custom Options

Frame color – black, white, or silver aluminum.
Carry bag – padded roller bag for tent plus separate bags for flags and banner.
Weight system – eight weight bags or four heavy duty stakes.
Half wall attachment – Velcro or zipper connection between walls.
Flag poles – telescopic fiberglass poles included or upgrade to aluminum.
Table cover size – confirm table length. Small fits up to 6 feet.
