Product Customization Options – Engage Package

The Engage Package is built for exhibitors who need maximum brand coverage. Unlike standard tents with one printed side, this package turns your entire tent into a 360-degree marketing tool. It includes:

• 1 x Full Roof Print – your design printed across the entire canopy top.

• 1 x Single Side Print Full Wall – one complete side wall with full-height artwork.

• 3 x Single Side Print Half Wall – three half-height walls (two of them are listed separately in your package, but the practical setup gives you one full wall plus three half walls covering the remaining sides, creating a semi-enclosed branded space).

Every component is customizable. Below are all the options you control.

1. Fabric Choice – Oxford Cloth (4 Grades)

You pick the fabric weight based on how often and where you use the tent.

• 300D – Lightweight and affordable. Best for indoor trade shows or one-off weekend events. Easy to carry but less wind resistant.

• 420D – Most popular balance of weight and strength. Handles moderate wind and repeated setup. Recommended for most buyers.

• 800D – Heavy duty. Resists tearing and fading. Suited for monthly outdoor markets or construction site booths.

• 1080D – Industrial grade. Nearly puncture proof. For coastal, desert, or high-wind environments. Lasts for years of weekly use.

All grades are water repellent and UV treated. Prints adhere through dye sublimation or screen printing, both fade resistant.

2. Size Options – Frame and Coverage

Choose the footprint that matches your booth space. Same frame size applies to roof and all walls.

• 8' x 8' – Small vendor booth, indoor kiosk, sidewalk sale.

• 10' x 10' – Standard trade show size. Fits most convention booths.

• 10' x 15' – Extra depth for product displays or seating.

• 10' x 20' – Double booth. Good for car displays or demo stages.

• 13' x 13' – Square layout with generous headroom.

• 13' x 20' – Large event tent. Works for food sampling or registration areas.

• 13' x 26' – Oversized. Suitable for full-service brand activations or hospitality zones.

3. Wall Configuration – How the Three Half Walls Work

This package gives you one full wall and three half walls. Half walls cover the lower portion of a tent side (typically 3 to 4 feet tall). You decide:

• Which side gets the full wall – usually the back or main backdrop side.

• Which three sides get half walls – these can be front, left, right, or any combination.

• Half wall height – standard is 3.5 ft, but you can request 4 ft or 2.5 ft for table-height coverage.

Half walls keep airflow and visibility while still displaying your logo, tagline, or product image at eye level for seated visitors. They also hide storage bins, coolers, or equipment behind the booth.

4. Print Customization for Each Wall

Each wall prints separately. You are not forced to use the same design everywhere.

• Full wall print – use for a large product shot, brand story, or photo backdrop.

• Half wall 1 – logo + social media handles.

• Half wall 2 – call to action (Scan QR code, Enter contest).

• Half wall 3 – repeating pattern or brand color block.

All prints are full bleed. We provide a digital proof before production. Revisions allowed up to two rounds.

5. Frame and Hardware Options

• Frame material – powder coated steel (standard) or lightweight aluminum (upgrade).

• Assembly – pop up style with snap buttons or twist locks. No tools required.

• Carry bag – included. Upgrade to wheeled bag for heavy 800d or 1080d fabrics.

• Weight system – frame has loops for sandbags. Stakes included for grass. Concrete weights optional for hard surfaces.

• Wall attachment – hook and loop strips along roof edge and poles. Reinforced grommets at bottom corners for tie downs.

6. Additional Options for Half Walls

• Clear vinyl window – add a 12" x 12" or larger window to any half wall for product viewing.

• Pocket panel – stitched pouch on the inside of a half wall for brochures or flyers.

• Mesh panel – replace fabric with breathable mesh on one half wall for hot weather events.

Why Choose Engage Package Over Standard Tents

Most custom tents give you only a printed roof or a valance. Some packages add one printed wall. Engage gives you a fully printed roof plus four printed walls (one full height, three half height). This means every angle facing foot traffic shows your brand. Visitors see your message whether they approach from the front, side, or back. The half walls also lower wind load compared to four full walls, so the tent stays stable in breezy conditions while still offering privacy and branding.

Order Process

1. Choose size and fabric denier.

2. Choose which side gets the full wall and which three sides get half walls.

3. Submit artwork separately for roof, full wall, and each half wall (four print files total).

4. Approve proof.

5. Production: 12–18 business days.

6. Shipped with frame, canopy, walls, and carry bag.

Care Instructions

Oxford cloth: machine wash cold gentle cycle or spot clean. No bleach. Air dry fully before storing. Do not dry clean. Half walls can be removed and washed individually. Prints last 3–5 years under normal use. Store in dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Safety Compliance

All fabrics are flame retardant certified for North American and EU exhibition halls. Lead free. Optional fire safety certificate provided upon request. Wind rating varies by size and fabric – 1080d with aluminum frame recommended for coastal or high wind areas.
