1、How many people can your tents accommodate?

We offer tents for 1, 2, 3–4, and 5–8 people. The recommended capacity, dimensions, and interior space are clearly listed on each product page.

2、What are the waterproof and UV protection ratings of your tents?

Our tents are made of waterproof Oxford fabric with PU coating, with a waterproof index of 2000–3000mm. They also provide UPF50+ UV protection.

3、How wind-resistant are your patio umbrellas?

Our patio umbrellas feature reinforced ribs, stable bases, and a tilt design. They can withstand normal wind levels (3–5 Beaufort scale). We recommend closing them in strong winds.

4、Are tents easy to set up for beginners?

Most models are automatic / pop-up design. One person can set them up in 3–5 minutes. Each tent includes a detailed instruction manual.

5、Can patio umbrellas adjust angles?

Most patio umbrellas support tilting and 360° rotation, so you can adjust the shade according to the sun’s position.

Tents: Wipe with clean water, avoid prolonged sun exposure, machine washing, or strong detergents. Patio umbrellas: Clean the canopy regularly and store closed in rainy or long-term unused periods.
